The Jusur Project The King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue strives to facilitate the practice of dialogue among all members of society through innovative products and programs. One of these programs is the “jusur”1 project, which aims to implement the initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, regarding intercultural and interfaith dialogue into a mode of daily conduct practiced within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this age of globalization our cultural environment is changing and becoming ever more diversified. Hence, the main objective of Jusur is to encourage intercultural dialogue in order to enable us to live together peacefully and constructively. The Jusur project consists of a series of publications targeting all segments of society. These publications have a strong educational dimension in order to formulate a coherent and continuing plan for the promotion of intercultural dialogue. In the future, Jusur project will evolve into an ongoing program to promote intercultural dialogue as the key to open the doors of tolerance and acceptance.
